SUMMARY:2025 Indoor - Winter Pistol League
DESCRIPTION:2025 Indoor- Winter Pistol League \nTime:  \nAt each event there will relays starting at 10:00am and 7:00 PM. Additional relay will be added after the above relays are full. \n  \nEligibility: \nOpen to all competitors\, NRA membership encouraged. \n  \nEntry Fees: \nMatch Fee (for the entire 8 weeks) $50.00 payable at the time of registration at Match 1. \n  \nRules: \nCurrent NRA rules will govern. The wearing of eye and ear protection is mandatory. \n  \nSquadding:  \nRange capacity limits entries to 8 per relay. Shooters will be assigned relays on a first come first serve basis. Competitors must be in attendance 15 minutes prior to the relay start time to hold reserved firing positions. Shooters may shoot other relays for make-ups\, if vacancies exist. \n  \nClassifications: \nThe NRA classification system will apply. Non-classified competitors will fire in the Master class or a separate class will be established for weeks one\, two and three. After week three classification will be assigned for the remainder of the tournament. \n  \nCourse of Fire:  \n60 Rounds per match. 20 rounds slow fire\,. 20 rounds Timed Fire\, 20 rounds Rapid Fire. NRA 50-ft gallery slow fire and timed/rapid fire targets will be used. Any 22-caliber pistol/revolver that complies with the NRA rules (2 pound trigger pull is minimum) is allowed. Only standard velocity ammunition is allowed at this range. \n  \nCourse of Fire Alternate: \nFor those competitors wanting to shoot a 90 shot match a 30 round NMC will be offered after the 60 round match for each relay. \n  \nScoring: \nThe competitors will do target changing. Targets should be marked with match identifier (i.e. SF for slow fire\, NM for National Match Course\, TF for Timed Fire and RF for Rapid Fire) Scoring will be done by the competitors at the completion of each relay / match. \n  \nAwards: \nIndividual cash awards for Aggregate Match Winner\, 1st and 2nd place in each class. Additional cash awards to be given for 5 more shooters in a class. \n  \nTeams: \nOptional teams may want to be formed\, 2\, 3 or 4 members each. This could get very interesting. Club vs club\, seniors vs not seniors\, women vs men\, or any other combination. We could use the handicap system for the rifle league\, 75% system. Remembering from my winter league rifle days this made for some great fun at the scoring table. \n  \nContact: \nJohn Lawless for early registration and information. 206-291-8545\, lawlessone71@gmail.com \n
